Nestled against the Santa Catalina Mountains north of Tucson lies the development of SaddleBrooke. Split into two HOA communities SaddleBrooke HOA #1 and SaddleBrooke HOA #2 the award winning Master planned community encompasses 1,200 acres and over 5,350 homes. Each respective HOA owns and operates their own courses.

Beginning in 2013 with SaddleBrooke HOA #1 MGGD developed Masterplans for each of the three nines; SaddleBrooke, Catalina, and Tucson.

In 2021 MGGD was again tapped for developing full Master plans for the 36 holes owned and operated by SaddleBrooke HOA #2;  Mountain View and Preserve Country Clubs.

Geared towards the retirement sector, each master plan was developed in concert with each of the club’s staff and member representatives. The long-range plans have incorporated bunker and green renovations, new irrigation systems, significant turf reduction to account for the state-mandated water management plans, and tree management.
