In 2024, we oversaw the re-grassing of all low-mow areas (tees, fairways and green surrounds) preceded by the installation of over 40,000 LF of subsurface drainage and sand capping of all areas to be re-grassed. We also reconstructed all tees, and bunkers and the installation of a new irrigation system. MGGD also designed and developed a significantly expanded “event lawn” for the very active club.
